1060.06 FREQUENCY OF COLLECTION; HOURS.

Each licensed hauler shall provide, for a one-year period, the pick-up, collection and/or removal of rubbish and/or refuse and garbage at least one day a week from residences within the Municipality desiring such service. The pickup day shall be the same each week. No collection shall begin before 6:00 a.m.
