1044.07 CONNECTION FEES.

(a) The charges for connecting to the sewage lines within the Municipality or their extensions of the Municipal wastewater treatment facility are as set forth in Chapter 206 of the Administration Code - the General Fee Schedule.

(Adopting Ordinance)

(b) Any person desiring to connect such lines must make written application to the Superintendent of Wastewater Treatment. No person shall connect to such lines without written permission from the Superintendent.
