All accounts will be considered delinquent if not paid by the twenty-fifth of each month. Unpaid accounts shall then be served with a turn-off notice and shall then be turned off before the first of the following month. A twenty dollar ($20.00) turn-on fee plus the account balance shall be paid, in full, before service is restored. Any sewer bill which has been delinquent for more than ninety days shall be certified to the County Auditor, shall become a lien against the property served and shall be collected at the same time and in the same manner as general taxes, as provided by State law.
