1042.99 PENALTY; LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE.
   (a)   Whoever continues any violation beyond the time limit provided for in Section 1042.09 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (b)   Any person violating Section 1042.06 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both.
   (c)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall become liable to the Municipality for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the Municipality by reason of such violation.
