(a) Storm water and all other unpolluted drainage shall be discharged into such sewers as are specifically designated as combined sewers or storm sewers or to a natural outlet approved by the Engineer. Industrial cooling water or unpolluted process waters may be discharged, upon approval of the Engineer, to a storm sewer or natural outlet. Roof drains, foundation drains and other clean water connections to sanitary sewers are prohibited.
(b) Enforcement of this section shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent of the Wastewater Department and his or her employees.
