(a) The following water rates will go into effect with the billing of September 1, 2021:

(b) Effective January 1, 2021, all Village of Caldwell base rates for water services shall increase one percent from their currently established rate.
(c) All Village of Caldwell base rates for water services shall increase an additional one percent on January 1 every calendar hereafter unless otherwise altered by the Village of Caldwell by future legislative action.
(d) The Village Administrator and Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to take any actions necessary to implement these increases.
