For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
(a) “Large trees.” Those trees attaining a height of 45 feet or more.
(b) “Medium trees.” Those attaining a height of 30 to 45 feet.
(c) “Parks.” Shall include all public parks.
(d) “Person.” Any firm, person, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
(e) “Property line.” The legal boundary line.
(f) “Property owners.” The persons owning such property as shown by County Auditor's record of Noble County, Ohio.
(g) “Public trees.” Shall include all shrubs, bushes, woody vegetation, and ornamental trees now or hereafter growing on any treelawn.
(h) “Street” or “highway.” The entire width of every public way or right-of-way, including alleys, when any part thereof is open to the use of the public as a matter of right for the purpose of vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
(i) “Small trees.” Those attaining a height of less than 30 feet.
(j) “Treelawn.” The property between the sidewalk and the curb.
(k) “Village.” The incorporated Village of Caldwell, Ohio.
