The following residential rigid pavement requirements are hereby adopted:
(a) Right-of-way widths shall be 60 feet;
(b) Roadway surfaces shall be 24 feet wide;
(c) All roadways shall have a prepared compacted subgrade;
(d) Subbase shall consist of ten inches of packed 304 gravel screenings;
(e) All concrete used in street construction or repair to be 4,000 PSI @ 28-day concrete, seven to eight inches in thickness, with integral curb elevated three inches above the surface, including 1/2-inch rebar in one foot squares;
(f) Elevation slope from middle line to edge line shall be 1/8 inch per linear foot;
(g) Storm drain culverts shall be placed every 100 feet of roadway length, said culverts being a minimum of 12 inches in diameter;
(h) Diagrams indicating placement of culverts, storm sewer lines, elevation, slope, and relevant dimensions shall be filed with the Zoning and Street Department.
