EDITOR'S NOTE: Council authorizes agreements, from time to time, with various enterprises under the Ohio Enterprise Zone Program, which agreements provide for establishing, expanding, renovating or occupying facilities, hiring new employees and preserving jobs in enterprise zones, in exchange for specified local tax incentives.
Ordinance 94-12, passed August 15, 1994, authorized Noble County to include a portion of the Village, as set forth in Exhibit “A” attached to original Ordinance 94-12, in an enterprise zone.
Copies of the latest relevant legislation and of Ordinance 94-12 may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk-Treasurer.
There are no sections in Chapter 880. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
