850.10 LICENSE REVOCATION.

Any license issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked at any time by the Mayor or Chief of Police, if the licensee is guilty of fraud, misrepresentation or any unlawful act in connection with his or her business or the application required under Section 850.03, or if the licensee violates any provision of this chapter.
