Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which another penalty is not already provided, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued. In addition to the penalty stated, there shall be assessed a one hundred dollar ($100.00) administrative fee for all services provided by the Village as a result of noncompliance with this chapter.
