648.10 TRICK OR TREATING PROHIBITED.

(a) No minor shall engage in any Halloween trick or treating, nor shall any adult allow any minor under his or her control to engage in trick or treating.

(b) Any minor who violates subsection (a) hereof shall be dealt with in accordance with the proper Juvenile Court. Any adult who violates subsection (a) hereof is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. The penalty shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
