(a) For the purposes of this section, the term “motor vehicle” shall mean every vehicle propelled by power, including muscular power.
(b) No person shall operate any motor vehicle within the confines of the Caldwell Cemetery unless the same is done on established roads and paths therein.
(c) This section does not apply to a person employed by the Village as a cemetery employee when such person is acting within the course of that person’s duties as such employee.
(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and may be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
