636.06 UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT.
   (a)   No person, without privilege to do so, shall knowingly restrain another of his or her liberty.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of unlawful restraint, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
