09-07-08: PARKING TIME LIMIT; PARKING SIGNS REQUIRED:
Whenever any parking time limit is imposed, it shall be the duty of the Caldwell Traffic Commission to erect appropriate signs giving notice thereof, and such regulations shall not be effective unless said signs are erected and in place at the time of any alleged offense.
