Any vehicle parked within a parking space or loading zone shall be parked entirely within the markings designating one parking space; and shall be parked parallel or diagonal to the curb in accordance with the marking of the parking space; unless otherwise noted herein. Provided, however, that up to two (2) three-wheeled motorcycles or four (4) two-wheeled motorcycles may be parked in a single parking space. If time restrictions and/or parking fees apply to such space, each motorcycle shall be treated as a separate vehicle for purposes of parking enforcement.
