Any person or corporation, whether owner, lessee, principal agent, employee or otherwise, who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or permits any such violation or fails to comply with any of the requirements approved under this chapter shall be subject to fine and/or imprisonment up to, but not exceeding, the maximum penalties set forth in Idaho Code section 50-302, as amended. Either or both such fine and imprisonment may be imposed. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate additional violation. (Ord. 3010, 11-16-2015)
