(1) No "truck" (defined by Idaho Code) shall be parked on any street, alley, or other public right of way within any residential area, within the limits of the city, other than for the purpose of loading or unloading cargo. In no case shall the truck be parked for more than forty-eight (48) hours for loading and unloading cargo.
(2) Except as permitted in subsection (1) within residential areas, no "truck" (defined by Idaho Code) shall be parked on any street, alley, or other public right of way, or upon any through street within the limits of the city, for a period of more than thirty (30) minutes, other than for the purpose of loading or unloading cargo; provided such truck does not create a traffic or other hazard.
(3) The provisions of this Article imposing time limits on truck parking shall not relieve any person from the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles in specified places or at specified times.
