04-07-25: ENFORCEMENT RESPONSE:
The Public Works Director shall exercise his authority in relation to user violations and the various enforcement remedies provided by this article in accordance with the criteria set forth in the enforcement response plan. (Ord. 1997, 9-7-1993, eff. 10-1-1993; Ord. 3364, 8-16-2021)
