§ 154.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CITY. The City of Cadiz, Kentucky.
   OCCUPANT. Any lessee of a rental unit.
   RENTAL UNIT. Any residential space available for or being leased.
   RENTAL UNIT PERMIT. A permit issued by the city pursuant to this chapter.
