§ 36.26 CREATION AND MEMBERSHIP.

There is hereby created within the city pursuant to KRS 65.8801 to KRS 65.8839 a Code Enforcement Board which shall be composed of five members all of whom shall be residents of the city for a period of at least one year prior to their appointment and shall reside there throughout the term in office.
