§ 153.02 PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE.

Applicants are encouraged to notify the Planning Commission to discuss proposals, to allow for early coordination, and to identify those items that are in conformance/nonconformance with the comprehensive plan, zoning ordinances, and the provisions of these regulations.
