§ 71.48 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   All permits issued pursuant to this subchapter shall be temporary and do not vest any permanent rights. Reasons for revocation of a parade or special event permit include, but are not limited to:
   (A)   Incomplete or false information in an application;
   (B)   Failure of the applicant to comply with all terms and conditions of the permit;
   (C)   Failure of the applicant to arrange for or adequately remit all fees, deposits, insurance or bonds to the city;
   (D)   Disaster;
   (E)   Public calamity; or
   (F)   Any other emergency.
