It shall be unlawful for any person or firm to prune, treat, or remove street trees or park trees without first filing with the city evidence of possession of liability insurance in the minimum amounts of $50,000 for bodily injury and $100,000 for property damage indemnifying the city and any person injured or damaged from the person's or firm's activities associated with pruning, treating, or removing street trees or park trees.
