§ 97.09 REMOVAL OF STUMPS AND REPLACEMENT OF TREES.

When the city removes a street tree or a park tree, the stump shall be removed below the surface of the ground so that the top of the stump shall not project above the surface of the ground, and the street tree or park tree shall be replaced with an appropriate tree in cooperation with the Board.
