§ 37.10 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CITY. The City of Cadiz, Kentucky.
   EXEMPT EMPLOYEE. Each person identified in KRS 337.285(2)(a) through KRS 337.285(2)(e) who is employed by the city.
