Licenses expiring in the year 2014 shall only be renewed for a term ending January 31, 2015, and the fee for the renewals shall be 75% of the annual fee. Thereafter, applications for renewal of licenses required by this chapter shall be made for each license year, which, in order to coincide with the state license year, shall begin the first day of February and extend through the last day of January of the succeeding year. Applications for renewal are to be filed with the CABC no less than 15 nor more than 45 days prior to expiration.
