The following regulations shall apply in R-2 districts only.
(A) Permitted uses. Single and multiple family dwellings, customary general horticultural uses for private consumption and buildings incidental thereto.
(B) Required lot area and lot width. Minimum, required lot area for a one-family dwelling, 7,500 square feet; for multi-family dwelling add 2,500 square feet for each additional dwelling unit. Minimum-required lot width, at building line for one-family dwelling; 60 feet; for multi-family dwelling, 70 feet. Minimum side yard distances between the principle building and side property lines shall be seven feet each side.
