The following regulations shall apply in R-1 and R-1S Districts only.
Required lot area and width. Minimum required lot area for one-family dwelling, 10,000 square feet; for multi-family dwelling add 3,500 square feet for each additional dwelling unit. Minimum required lot width at building line for one-family dwelling, 75 feet; for multi-family dwelling, 100 feet. Distances between the principle building and side property lines shall be ten feet each side.
