(A) The boundaries of the districts are hereby established as shown on the zoning map which is on file in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer.
(B) Unless otherwise shown on the zoning map, the boundary lines of districts are lot lines, the center lines of streets or alleys, or such lines extended, railroad right-of-way lines, the, center line of creeks or corporate limit line as it existed at the time of enactment of this chapter.
(C) Questions concerning the exact location of district boundary lines shall be determined by the Board of Zoning Adjustment.
