§ 150.15 APPLICATION; BASIC PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   The term unsafe building or structure shall apply to buildings or structures or portions thereof, existing or hereafter erected, as follows:
      (1)   Those deemed structurally unsafe; unstable; unsanitary; constituting a hazard to life because of inadequate exit facilities; constituting a fire hazard; unsuitable or improper for use or occupancy to which they are put; constituting a hazard of health or safety because of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, obsolescence or abandonment; or otherwise dangerous to life or property.
      (2)   Vacant buildings or structures or portions thereof deemed to constitute a hazard.

   (B)   The Basic Property Maintenance Code adopted by the city on March 6, 1990, is hereby adopted by reference into this code of ordinances as if set forth fully herein. Copies of the code shall be kept on file and be available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk.
