(A) Any person who violates a provision of this chapter to which no other specific penalty applies shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates § 130.02 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense.

(C) Any parent, guardian, or person having legal custody allowing a minor to violate any provision of §§ 130.20 through 130.24 shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months or both.
