§ 91.70 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   STRUCTURE. Any residence, building, mobile home, commercial building, agriculture related building, or any other building or structure, of any type, which has been assigned a telephone number by South Central Bell Telephone Company or other telephone service provider.
