§ 91.48 NEW DEVELOPMENT OR REDEVELOPMENT.

When property is developed and/or redeveloped, it shall be the sole responsibility of the property owner and/or developer to replace and/or construct curbs, gutters, driveway entrance aprons, and/or sidewalks at the property owner/developer's own cost in order to conform to the current city subdivision regulations.
