(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be deemed to have committed a violation and shall be fined not more than $50 for each offense.
(B) Any violation of § 73.05 may subject the violator to be sentenced to 10 to 40 hours of community service, a fine of $10 to $100, or both fine and community service.
