§ 52.01 RATES.

   (A)   Minimum monthly rates. Minimum monthly water rates for the first 2,000 gallons or less of water per month for connection are as follows:

   (B)   Minimum monthly sewer charges. The minimum rate or charge for all sewer customers in the city limits of the sewer system shall be $16.32. The minimum rate or charge for all sewer residential customers outside of the city shall be $21.60. The minimum rate or charge for all sewer commercial customers outside of the city shall be $35.35.

   (C)   Rates based on water usage. In addition to the minimum rates set out in division (A) above, the rates of customers of the Waterworks and Sewer System shall be based on the water consumption of such customer, as follows:

   (D)   On April 1, 2017, there shall be an 8% increase in the rates set forth in this section. On April 1, 2018, there shall be an additional 8% increase in the rates set forth in this section. On May 1, 2019, and on May 1 of every third year, there shall be an additional 3% increase in the rates set forth in this section.

   (E)   Waterworks tap fee. The waterworks tap fees and associated charges are adopted as follows:
