(a) Utility easements of not less than five feet in width shall be provided on the street right-of-way to provide access for the installation and maintenance of all utility lines, overhead or underground. Wider easements may be required along or across lots for main, storm or sanitary sewers or other utilities, or where a combination of utility lines is indicated and/or indicated in a development plan.
(b) It shall be the responsibility of the developer to install sidewalks and bikeway facilities within the dedicated street right-of-way or easement whenever sidewalks and bikeway facilities are required. Such sidewalks and bikeway facilities shall be installed along the dedicated street right-of-way or easement from the end of the existing sidewalk.
