The purpose of this ordinance is to provide reasonable regulation and use of streets and public rights-of-way within the limits of the Village of Cadiz. This ordinance regulates the maintenance of streets and rights-of-way, including conditions precedent to the acceptance of streets by the Village Council and the replacement and repair of streets, sidewalks and rights-of-way, establishment of standards and permit fees.
