725.99 PENALTIES.

(a) Whoever engages in, conducts or carries on, or permits to be engaged in, conducted or carried on in the Village, the operation of a skill-based amusement machine establishment without first having obtained a permit from the Village is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

(b) Whoever violates any other section of these regulations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
