The required minimum distance between any two skill-based amusement machine establishments or to any bar, tavern, or liquor establishment shall be measured in a straight line, without regard to intervening structures, from the closest exterior structural wall of each such business. The distance between any skill-based amusement machine establishment and any school, public park, church, library or residential district shall be measured in a straight line, without regard to intervening structures, from the closest school, public park, church, library or residential district.
