(a) A permit to operate a skill-based amusement machine establishment is valid for one (1) year, and expires at 11:59 p.m. on the date of the issuance, unless sooner as provided by these regulations, or if revoked pursuant to these regulations.
(b) Application for a renewal permit shall be made at least thirty (30) days before the expiration date, and when made less than thirty (30) days before the expiration date, the expiration of the permit shall not be affected.
