725.04 PERMIT REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall engage in, operate, own, conduct, carry on, or permit to be engaged in the operation of a skill-based amusement machine establishment without first having obtained a permit from the Village of Cadiz.

(b) A separate permit is required for each location at which a skill-based amusement machine establishment is operated.
