(a) Food trucks may locate on a privately owned parcel of land in C-1 Commercial and M-1 Manufacturing zoning districts.
(b) The parcel shall not be less than one-half of an acre and shall observe the following minimum requirements:
(1) Fifteen feet (15') from a fire hydrant;
(2) Ten feet (10') from a sidewalk or public right-of-way;
(3) Ten feet (10') from a driveway;
(4) Ten feet (10') from any utility box;
(5) Ten feet (10') from any handicapped parking space;
(6) One hundred feet (100') from the entrance of any restaurant or establishment that serves food.
(c) Food truck operators must provide adequate sanitary facilities for employees at the location.
(d) Food trucks shall be removed from the location at the close of business and shall not be parked at the location over night.
