Each food truck owner must apply for a permit at the Village of Cadiz municipal office. The permit is valid for ninety (90) consecutive days or for one week (7 consecutive days) per month per calendar year. The initial permit fee is $250.00. After the expiration of the first ninety (90) day permit, each permit thereafter in the same calendar year shall be $150.00 for the time periods referenced above. (Ord. 2015-03. Passed 2-19-15.)
