716.05 PERMIT REVOCATION.
   (a)   A permit may be revoked or suspended at any time by the Police Chief and/or the Zoning Administrator if the holder:
      (1)   Is found to have misrepresented any statement on the application for a license to operate the food truck;
      (2)   Violates any of the provisions of this chapter;
      (3)   Is the subject of a complaint for criminal trespass as defined by Section 541.05 of the Cadiz Codified Ordinances; or
      (4)   Is found to be convicted of a felony or misdemeanor involving force, violence, fraud, theft, or a sexually-oriented offense.
   (b)   Any revocation may require immediate cessation of food preparation and sales and be presented in writing to the person operating the food truck at the location.
