(a) Any temporary structure and/or vehicle may locate a privately owned parcel of land in C-1 Commercial and M-1 Manufacturing zoning districts.
(b) The parcel shall not be less than one-half of an acre and shall observe the following minimum requirements:
(1) Fifteen feet (15') from a fire hydrant;
(2) Ten feet (10') from a sidewalk or public right-of-way;
(3) Ten feet (10') from a driveway;
(4) Ten feet (10') from any utility box;
(5) Ten feet (10') from any handicapped parking space;
(6) Maximum space to be used by temporary structures and vehicles shall be limited to 200 square feet.
(c) Operators must provide adequate sanitary facilities for employees at the location.
(d) Temporary structures and vehicles shall be removed from the location at the close of business and shall not be parked at the location over night.
