711.03 USE OF EXPLOSIVES.

It shall be unlawful for the operator of the stripping operation or owner or permit holder to violate the provisions of Ohio R.C. 1513.161, relative to the use of explosives and the violation of this shall constitute just cause for the termination and revocation of the license herein granted.
