(a) No person shall affix or permit a sign to be affixed to any utility pole, municipal tree or municipal light pole within the Village of Cadiz.
(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A second or subsequent conviction for violation of this section is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day a sign remains attached to a utility pole, municipal tree or municipal light pole is a separate offense. (Ord. 2001-30. Passed 7-5-01.)
