(a) No person shall park or permit to be parked on the walking track at Sally Buffalo Park or within ten feet of said track any motor vehicle or other heavy implement or vehicle.
(b) No motor vehicle or other heavy implement shall travel upon the walking track at Sally Buffalo Park.

(c) (1) No person shall travel upon the walking track at Sally Buffalo Park by means of roller skates, roller blades, in line skates, unicycles, bicycles, tricycles, or any like or similar vehicle or device or by means of any motorized vehicle, equipment or machinery, except as may be necessary for the care, maintenance and upkeep of Sally Buffalo Park.
(2) Subsection (c)(1) hereof shall not apply to any person who is required to use any device to assist in their movement and such condition results from age or any medical condition.

(d) The violation of this section shall be a minor misdemeanor.
