351.17 PROHIBITING PARKING ALONG CERTAIN PORTIONS OF COURT STREET.
   (a)   Parking shall be prohibited on the courthouse side of Court Street from the Municipal Building to the corner of West Market Street. Upon approval of the Commissioners of Harrison County the Street Department shall erect no parking signs on each side of the Courthouse steps which face Court Street. The Mayor and the Clerk/Treasurer are authorized to sign any purchase orders for said signs.
   (b)   There shall be a designated fifteen minute commercial loading zone at the steps located on the courthouse side of Court Street. The Village Street Department shall erect a sign designating the same. The Mayor and Clerk/Treasurer are authorized to sign any purchase orders for said signs.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and subject to a fine of up to one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) and court costs.
